Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Aerospace Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, logistics, inventory and supplier management in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.

This role ensures uninterrupted materials flow while driving supplier performance, cost reductions and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has aerospace supply chain leadership experience, dual-source strategies, AS9100 compliance, and strong ERP/MRP and data analysis skills, with collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in aerospace, wire and cable manufacturing, or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards and aerospace supplier quality requirements.
• Experience sourcing long-lead materials (copper, nickel, aluminum, Inconel, stainless steel).

Responsibilities

• Lead all procurement and supply chain activities for aerospace wire and cable manufacturing.
• Develop dual-source strategies to ensure material supply and reduce risk.
• Manage raw material procurement including bare wire, metals, tapes, and related components.
• Achieve PPV targets and supplier performance goals.
• Ensure AS9100 supplier management, traceability, and certifications compliance.
• Review material certifications, test reports, and documentation.
• Oversee inventory planning and balance demand with working capital.
• Manage transportation, logistics, and freight spend optimization.
• Lead supplier development, audits, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Planning to resolve issues.
• Drive root cause analyses for supplier nonconformances and shortages.
• Support outside processing like heat treating, plating, and chemical processing.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for procurement analytics.
