Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or STEM discipline.
• 2+ years in a quality, manufacturing, process, or supply chain engineering role.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, including GD&T.
• Demonstrated ownership of a program or project with a hard external commitment.
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers and suppliers on technical, quality, and schedule commitments.

• Own product ownership for build-to-print contracts from award through first article to rate production.
• Manage the requirements matrix and ensure flow to teams and suppliers.
• Build and own the program schedule, escalate at risk, and interface with customers.
• Own supplier-caused defects end to end, coordinate nonconformance processes, and drive corrective actions.
• Evaluate and onboard suppliers to AS9100/NADCAP and define product requirements.
