• Perform detailed quality investigations, containment, and implement RCAs.
• Verify conformance to design requirements and provide objective evidence.
• Develop quality metrics and quality plans to ensure contractual/regulatory compliance.
• Process supplier notices of escapements and drive supplier performance improvement.
