Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer in Painesville, OH to drive supplier quality performance, lead corrective actions, and support supplier development in a regulated aerospace environment.

You will qualify, audit, and develop suppliers to meet AS9100 and customer requirements, lead SCARs, monitor performance with scorecards, and collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing on NPI and First Article Inspection activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with AS9100 quality systems and aerospace standards.
• Proven ability to conduct supplier audits and manage corrective actions (SCARs).

Responsibilities

• Qualify, audit, and develop suppliers to meet AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Lead supplier quality investigations, SCARs, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor supplier performance via scorecards and metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing on NPI, supplier transitions, and First Article Inspection.
