Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to drive procurement of materials and services and ensure compliance with policies. You will evaluate bids, resolve subcontract issues, and report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing.

Location options include Clearwater, FL or Norcross, GA with a hybrid work schedule. The role requires 3+ years in procurement/subcontracts, strong negotiation skills, knowledge of DoD regulations, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement/subcontracts administration, L&C, Supply Chain.
• Negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive procurement of materials/services and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and DoD/FAR requirements.
• Evaluate bids/proposals and select optimal subcontracting approaches.
• Resolve subcontract issues and develop effective solutions.
• Report to Director of Strategic Sourcing and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
