Job summary

Blue Origin seeks an experienced Level 2/3 Indirect Subcontract Administrator to support subcontract management operations. You will administer complex subcontracts and MSAs, focusing on large components, long-term agreements, and milestone-based SOWs in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and risk management across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years for Level 2 or 5+ years for Level 3 subcontract administration or procurement experience.
• Experience administering complex subcontracts and long-term agreements.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full lifecycle of complex indirect subcontracts, from solicitation and award through closeout.
• Manage subcontracts for large components and assemblies, including cryogenic tanks and major structures.
• Develop, issue, and evaluate RFPs and conduct cost analyses.
• Ensure subcontract terms align with prime contract flow-down requirements and company policies.
• Negotiate and manage LTAs and MSAs with pricing structures and performance frameworks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate subcontract terms and conditions; ensure proper flow-down of prime requirements.
