Qualifications

• Proficient with hand tools (calipers, depth gauges, micrometers) and measuring equipment.
• Able to read and follow manufacturing prints/instructions.
• Basic computer keyboard and software proficiency.
• Understand prints and requirements to meet quality criteria.
• Identify and solve typical problems in own work area using established options.
• Strong oral and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate sub-assembly equipment (coating, spray guns, rivet machines).
• Move material with handling equipment to keep production flowing.
• Document data, perform limited preventive maintenance as needed.
• Follow detailed operation instructions and quality criteria; record QA data.
• Coordinate ordering of production and non-production materials.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and participate in team improvements.
