Relativity Space is building rockets to serve today’s needs. You will join the People team and directly support the Stage Manufacturing group in turning designs into Terran R structures.

This contract role emphasizes hands-on training, cross‑team collaboration, and scalable manufacturing improvements in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on delivering practical demonstrations, building training materials, and advancing manufacturing processes with automation and tech-enabled methods.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in core structural manufacturing skills including drilling, trimming, fitting, clamping, and sealant/lubricant application.
• Knowledge of QA buy-off, deburring, aerospace fasteners, torque verification and documentation.
• Experience operating specialized manufacturing equipment and precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training support for the Vehicle Structures team with hands-on demonstrations.
• Deliver advanced manufacturing technique demonstrations including drilling, trimming, fitting, clamping, mixing sealants and lubricants.
• Transfer knowledge and train team members on fastener installation, torque application, and QA buy-off procedures.
• Develop and document training materials for structural manufacturing processes.
