Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Structures Shift Leader who will guide a team of Structures Technicians in the production of aerospace structures. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, working closely with various departments to ensure precision and reliability in manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing and demonstrate strong leadership in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating across Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces when required.
• Strong knowledge of structural drilling and precision assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in fabrication, drilling, assembly, and integration of structures.
• Monitor performance and remove production bottlenecks.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing principles.
