Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in testing or lab work.
• 1+ year in a testing, materials, or structural lab environment.
• Familiarity with mechanical test equipment and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical static, fatigue, and proof testing on metallic and composite parts.
• Operate MTS load frames, fixtures, and software per procedures.
• Set up tests, rigs, and instrumentation with safety checks.
• Collect data, perform reductions, and prepare technical reports.
