Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to install rivets and fasteners with proper edge distance and pitch.
• Must have own tools in good working order.
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently assemble larger structural components and systems.
• Perform complex part-fitting tasks including precise drilling and riveting.
• Conduct inspections of assembled parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
• Assist in training and mentoring entry-level technicians.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
• Work closely with engineers and supervisors to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.
