Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years related structural assembly experience.
• Experience with Solumina and Smarteam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures, including drilling and riveting.
• Rivet structural assemblies using appropriate tools and ensure sound attachment.
• Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches and operation sheets to determine sequence and hole patterns.
• Ensure assemblies meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain logs and records (e.g. MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs) and support continuous improvement.
