Qualifications

• 12+ years in aerostructures design and development.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams, including leaders.
• Hands-on design capability with credibility at detail level.
• Deep knowledge of load paths, joints, fatigue, damage tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Set airframe tech direction across programs and roadmap.
• Lead and develop airframe product owners; meet mass, cost, quality.
• Establish common design standards and reviews; resolve conflicts.
• Contribute to structural design and detailed design reviews.
• Make trade decisions on weight, cost, manufacturability, risk.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Supply Chain, and Flight Test.
• Grow the organization; communicate risks and tradeoffs to execs.
