Qualifications

• 5 years of structural analysis experience in aerospace structures.
• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency with FEA for static and dynamic analysis.
• Strong understanding of load paths and hand calculations.
• Ability to interpret aerospace documentation standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-8591).
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support development/integration and performance assessment of aerospace weapons systems.
• Develop and maintain Finite Element Models for static and dynamic loading environments.
• Review and interpret test data to validate models and identify improvements.
• Assist engineering team in diagnosing performance issues and refining system behavior.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement and workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
