You will participate in the summer internship program, work on real projects, and gain hands-on experience in aerospace and defense under mentoring and cross-functional workshops.

Qualifications

• Currently a Sophomore/Junior/Senior in college or technical school pursuing an engineering, computer science, or related technical degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a team.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio; ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to actual technical projects and assist team objectives by completing tasks.
• Receive mentorship from experienced professionals and grow technical skills.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and records.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting technical data to support decisions.
• Attend planning meetings to understand project scope and timelines.
• Perform hands-on technical work to gain practical experience.
• Collaborate with team members and apply learned insights to projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support best practices.
• Participate in workshops to learn about the business and company culture.
