You will work with the ISR, IAS, and related business areas, participating in planning meetings, documenting results, and developing technical and professional skills for future career growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or technical program pursuing Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is expected.
• Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in actual technical projects and contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced industry professionals.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and records.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting technical data to support engineering decisions.
• Attend planning meetings to understand project requirements, timelines, and goals.
• Perform hands-on technical work to gain practical experience and build skills.
• Collaborate with team members and apply lessons learned to ongoing projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support best practices.
