Job summary

Merrick & Company, in Greenwood Village, CO, is offering an 18–24 month paid apprenticeship for a Structural Designer Apprentice. You will work with small teams to produce drawings, 3D models, and construction packages under supervision.

The program provides exposure to DoD, NASA facilities, and aerospace support projects, with on-the-job training, CAD workflow, and quality standards guidance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate Degree in Drafting/Design or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of structural drawings and details.
• Create 3D models and drawing packages.
• Follow CAD standards and quality procedures.
• Receive guidance from a mentor and have work reviewed.
