Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Structural Analysis Engineer for an onsite Everett, WA role. You will apply analytical methods, perform FEA, and verify structural integrity for aircraft structures, including metallic and composite elements.

The role requires collaboration with multiple engineering teams to ensure all design, fail-safety and durability criteria are met and documented for certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in STEM fields such as engineering, physics or math.
• 5+ years of Aircraft Stress Analysis experience.
• Solid knowledge of airplane structural analysis for metals and composites.
• Experience with structural analysis tools like NASTRAN/PATRAN.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical methods and FEA to verify structural integrity.
• Coordinate with other engineering groups to define environment and requirements.
• Document certification and test results for customers and regulators.
• Ensure designs meet fail-safety, durability and damage tolerance criteria.
