Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of program management experience in aerospace or engineered products.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk across multiple sites.
• Experience translating customer requirements into actionable program plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of Program Managers across sites.
• Lead preaward strategy, proposals, and work statements.
• Interface with customers to ensure alignment with contract obligations.
• Direct all phases from inception to completion with on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain the master program plan and roadmap; drive milestones.
• Manage escalations and communicate changes to leadership as needed.
• Oversee monthly cost forecasts and alignment with customer budgets.
• Drive new business development within assigned customers and technology areas.
