This role partners with program managers, engineering, and manufacturing to qualify vendors for materials and services that meet technical, quality, and delivery requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in sourcing or procurement, with experience in defense standards and strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience evaluating and qualifying vendors for aerospace components.
• Familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, ISO standards and defense requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for aerospace components meeting technical and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to support program needs.
• Conduct supplier audits and capability assessments to verify defense standards compliance.
• Collaborate with quality and compliance to address gaps and maintain approved supplier status.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure agreements meet customer and defense procurement regulations.
