Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Software Engineer II to design, implement, and test software components for critical aerospace systems in Clearwater, FL. This hybrid role starts on-site with 90 days before transitioning to a 3/2 hybrid schedule, reporting to the Software Engineering Manager.

You will collaborate across disciplines, drive software quality, and contribute to verification activities. US citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as STEM.
• 2+ years of software development experience, preferably in embedded or aerospace domains.
• Experience with software development workflows and verification activities.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, C++ or C#, and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test software components for critical aerospace systems.
