Woodward, Inc. is seeking a visionary Director of Engineering to lead a global software engineering organization for aerospace technology. You will set strategic direction, influence technical excellence, and guide a 80+ person team to deliver compliant, cutting-edge products.

You will report to the VP of Engineering and drive design culture, budget ownership, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring adherence to industry standards and program schedules.

Estimated annual base pay: $184,000 (minimum) - $230,000 (midpoint) - $276,000 (maximum)
