Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Recruiter to source candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire roles across diverse clients. You will manage the candidate pipeline, deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates, and contribute to winning new business while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
• ATS Experience
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Attend to all candidates that enter into contact, ensuring correct information about PDS, offers, guidance and development programs.
• Recruiting: Establish a recruitment plan, qualify candidates against standard requirements, conduct behavioral interviews, assist with resume and interview prep, use ATS to track data.
• Retention: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients; ensure excellent service and address client/candidate inquiries.
• Sales: Understand Adecco Group services; price and sell services; build knowledge of target industries and competition.
• Financials: Understand branch margin drivers and financial objectives; participate in special projects.
