A leading aerospace manufacturing organization in Downingtown, PA is seeking a Site Quality Director. This role involves leading a quality department, improving process efficiency, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and at least 5 years of quality management experience in a highly regulated environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 is required. Comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Management experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100.
• Experience in Metals environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department of five engineers while reporting to the VP/General Manager.
• Complete financial/budgetary ownership of the department.
• Own plant quality function and work cross-functionally.
• Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Drive utilization of problem-solving methods for plant issues.
• Improve process efficiency through best practices and lean manufacturing.
