Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, Nadcap, and ITAR compliance frameworks.
• Extensive experience managing quality audits and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System aligned with AS9100, ISO 9001, and Nadcap standards.
• Lead internal and external audits and customer quality interactions.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
