Parker Aerospace in Kentucky is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to ensure the smooth flow of materials from arrival to storage or shipment, following established policies.

You will handle receiving, stocking, disbursing, and preparing shipments, verify goods against orders, maintain records, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires HS diploma and 2+ years’ experience, plus powered industrial truck certification.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional training or degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of customer service policies, FAA regulations, Parker products, and manufacturing/repair processes.
• Ability to use standard business software applications and specialized spreadsheet and database systems (e.g. MRP).

Aufgaben

• Receive, stock, and disburse parts or materials; load/unload trucks.
• Disburse parts and supplies to team members as required.
• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintain records of received goods and reject unsatisfactory items.
• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.
• Post weights and shipping charges and prepare goods for final shipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
