Job summary

Enjet Aero, LLC in Malden, MA is seeking a dedicated Sheet Metal Operator to set up and run sheet metal, bench and deburring equipment in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. You will follow blueprints and work instructions, maintain safety and quality standards, and complete production paperwork while contributing to on-time delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches.
Demonstrated mechanical ability.
Maintain close attention to detail and accuracy.
Manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate various types of Sheet Metal, Bench and Deburring equipment.
Follow written work instructions and work to blueprints.
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
Produce at standard and quality levels in accordance with company’s requirements.
Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc.
Maintain area, workbenches, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition.
Observe all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security
