Ace Precision Machining is seeking a skilled machinist to polish and deburr aerospace metals, ensuring precise finishes and dimensional accuracy. You will handle a range of materials, using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to verify tolerances.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and teamwork to deliver quality products. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to grow in a precision manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Polish, deburr, size and finish aerospace metals to exact specifications.
• Create flawless surface finishes while maintaining dimensional integrity.
• Work with hand and power tools, especially hand grinders.
• Follow work instructions and complete quality paperwork as required.
• Inspect surface finishes and dimensions using micrometers, calipers, height stands, and visual inspection tools.
• Keep work area clean and organized and follow all safety procedures.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products you’re proud to put your name on.
