Job summary

SkyBridge Aviation is seeking experienced Sheet Metal Assembly Mechanics to support the fabrication, assembly, and installation of structural aircraft components in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

You will perform structural assembly, sheet metal fabrication, drilling, riveting, fitting, and rework while ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, production specifications, and quality standards. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

3+ years of aviation sheet metal, structures, or structural assembly experience.
Experience with aircraft structural assembly, fabrication, installation, and repair.
Ability to pass a technical interview and hands-on plate test.
Ability to pass verbal, virtual, and practical skills assessments.
Experience with Boeing, Gulfstream, or similar programs is preferred.
Must read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.
High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Fabricate, assemble, fit, and install aircraft sheet metal and structural components.
Drill, rivet, fasten, trim and rework aircraft structures.
Install, modify, and maintain sheet metal and composite assemblies.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and production specifications.
Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure quality.
Maintain safety and quality while meeting production schedules.
