Allied Universal in Seal Beach, CA is seeking a Security Officer Goverment site Patrol Driver to provide on-site security at an aerospace/defense location and uphold a high level of customer service. The role includes unarmed patrols, access control verification, and incident response, with a daytime schedule and hourly pay.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and at least two years of security experience, with background screening and drug testing in line with regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of security-related experience are required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Allied Universal will conduct a background check as per laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report access-control discrepancies through established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives, and support compliance with location‑specific requirements.
