Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time unarmed patrol role in Falls Church, VA. You will monitor facilities, enforce site policies, respond to incidents, and provide courteous customer service to occupants and visitors.

You must hold an active DoD Secret clearance (or be eligible), have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be 18+ (21+ for armed roles). CPR is preferred, and licenses may be required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and employee credentials, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Communicate observations and maintenance-related concerns to site leadership per protocols.
