Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Route Patrol in Grand Prairie, TX. You will perform armed/unarmed patrols? No, unarmed, with driving duties for an aerospace/defense site and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, documenting observations, and responding to incidents while maintaining logs and reports. Must have a valid driver’s license and succeed in a background check and drug screening process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace/defense site while following site procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and report access concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Prepare daily activity reports and communicate observations to leadership and site personnel.
