Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify work order and CMT number; align pattern tool onto part.
• Scribe parts using a sharp blade; repair lines with Mylar tape AC828 maskant.
• Conduct the strip spark test on the part and protect tool holes.
• Differentiate clad material from bare material.
• Verify and check maskant adhesion.
• Load scribed part safely onto transportation cart.
• Maintain proper housekeeping.
• Repair and protect parts as needed.
• Read and understand work order instructions.
• Handle hazardous waste according to policy.
• Perform other duties including leading projects and committees.
