Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams and communicates with stakeholders.
Applies rigorous scientific inquiry to define feasibility of projects.
Performs independent analysis and recommends viable actions.
Directs development of technical documentation for software/hardware.
Manages cost, performance, schedule, and risk to meet objectives.
Delivers technical briefings and maintains program deliverables.
Designs research studies and supports program transitions to operations.
