Responsibilities

• Complete surface plate work/inspection of aerospace parts.
• Inspect supplied product per drawings and work orders to verify conformance.
• Perform complex inspections following standardized methods.
• Complete in-process inspection, visual and/or dimensional inspection of precision machined parts.
• Interact with production to reduce defects.
• Document non-conformances per procedures and processes.
• Lead continual improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Read GD&T requirements on engineering drawings.
