Qualifications

• High school education required; QA basics helpful.
• Experience inspecting aerospace components with CMM or similar tooling.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and GD&T is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program CMM equipment to inspect aerospace components.
• Develop, validate, and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS.
• Interpret drawings, CAD models, and GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure tolerances.
• Generate detailed inspection reports with full traceability.
• Identify non-conformances and support root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Calibrate and maintain CMM equipment and document audits.
