Job summary

Actalent, based in Wichita, KS, seeks a Test Technician to support development and production of electronic systems. You will troubleshoot, test, and repair electrical components and assemblies, maintain test units, and document findings for continuous improvement in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing down to the component level, following schematics, and collaborating with test engineering to ensure quality and reliability of products.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of electronics experience.
• Ability to read schematics and related engineering docs.
• Experience with RF circuitry and electronic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, modify, replace, and repair electronic components and systems.
• Maintain test units and adjust for accurate performance.
• Determine material needs and complete repairs efficiently.
• Follow ESD requirements to protect components.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and repairs.
• Prepare technical reports detailing findings and solutions.
• Read schematics to guide testing and repair activities.
• Collaborate with test engineering to ensure product quality.
