Job summary

A leading aerospace products company in Florida is seeking a qualified RF Electrical Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement microprocessor-based aviation power distribution and cabin control products. Responsibilities include conducting peer reviews, preparing technical documents, and performing hardware verification. The ideal candidate should have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and experience with RF engineering, analog/digital circuit design, and hardware/software integration. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analog and digital electrical circuit design.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and RF engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solid state power control systems.
• Write technical documents including software requirements and design descriptions.
• Conduct peer reviews of design and perform hardware verification activities.

Skills

Analog and digital electrical circuit design and development

PCB layout reviews

Design for EMC and thermal performance

Experience with schematic capture tools (Altium, Or-Cad)

Hardware/Software integration

Databus communications (ARINC 429, RS 232/422/485, CAN)

Experience with RF engineering

Hands-on experience in bread-boarding and testing RF circuits

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Education

B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering
