Job summary

Qualifications

• DOT safety sensitive position and requires DOT drug screen and pre-employment test.
• 5+ years of related work experience
• Must have working knowledge of FAA 14 CFR Parts 21, 39, 43, 65, 91, 121, 135, and 145.
• FAA Part 145 Repair Station experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass a FAA drug and alcohol pre-employment test.

Responsibilities

• Manages schedule of aircraft component repairs and overhauls aligned with delivery schedules and cost forecasts.
• Oversees tooling, equipment, materials, and hours needed for work.
• Plans and coordinates workload sequencing for efficient staff usage.
• Supervises and assigns jobs based on skills and training; forecasts requirements.
• Reviews progress and adjusts plans to meet changing workload.
• Develops and presents production and business metrics on workload, inventory, and status.
