Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a skilled onsite technician to perform overhaul, rework and repair of aircraft components on 2nd shift. You will follow service manuals, inspect parts, document results, and maintain records in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The role requires a HS diploma with 2 years of related experience; familiarity with blueprints and measuring tools is a plus. Training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work 2nd shift 3:30 pm - 12:00 am Monday - Friday.
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, rework, repair, inspection, assembly and related operations on aircraft components.
• Use proper procedures to conform with quality standards and document compliance.
• Order parts using inventory systems and prepare documentation for routing of hardware.
• Operate measuring equipment to perform checks and maintain unit history records.
• Keep work area neat and ensure safety and FAA compliance.
