Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Receiving Inspector to verify materials, parts, and assemblies meet engineering specs and aerospace standards. You will review certifications and non-conformances while supporting corrective actions in a fast-paced environment.

Interpret aerospace drawings, use measurement tools, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product conformance. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 5+ years QA experience or a BS in engineering.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret aerospace drawings and specifications.
• Understand AS9100 quality management systems.
• Experience with receiving inspection methods and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspection of raw materials, machined parts, assemblies, and special processes.
• Verify compliance with drawings, purchase orders, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Review certifications, test reports, and supplier documentation.
• Identify non-conforming materials and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
