Job summary

Aero Design is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Inspector to join our team in the United States. This role manages incoming deliveries, verifies documentation, maintains inventory records, and supports material movements within our manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include receiving raw materials, RMA parts, and other shipments, reviewing paperwork, and ensuring alignment with purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Experience in receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory control is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process all incoming deliveries including raw materials and shipments.
• Verify packing slips, part counts, and quantities against purchase orders.
• Review and manage open purchase orders and nonconforming materials.
• Enter inventory into the MRP/ERP system and collaborate with Accounting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in receiving and logistics.
