Job summary

SAAB is seeking a Technical Writer specialized in Quality Documentation to create clear, accurate records supporting aircraft component manufacturing quality. You will develop NCRs, inspection and control plans, FAIs, and MRB dispositions, while acting as the local SME for inspectors in a fast-paced production setting.

You will analyze recurring quality issues, drive corrective documentation, and help standardize best practices to ensure compliant, on-time delivery and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Create clear, accurate records that support aircraft component manufacturing quality.
• Develop and maintain NCRs, inspection and control plans, FAIs, and MRB dispositions.
• Act as the local subject matter expert for inspectors.
• Analyze recurring quality issues, drive corrective documentation, and help standardize best practices to ensure compliant, on-time delivery in a fast-paced production environment.
