Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years’ experience in aerospace or another highly regulated manufacturing environment with exposure to quality inspection; 1+ years’ leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and process improvement; ability to read engineering drawings and manufacturing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inspectors and oversee daily quality assurance activities to ensure conformance to standards.
• Review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and manage nonconforming material dispositions.
• Support in-process and new product design inspections and participate in internal and external quality audits.
