Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FED division in Beltsville, MD, seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead the inspection team and uphold rigorous quality expectations, coaching staff, and ensuring timely production.

You will partner with Quality Engineering, review MRB, support QMS updates, and drive continuous improvement, safety, and on-time delivery. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years manufacturing/quality experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 3+ years in manufacturing, operations, or quality assurance/quality control.
• ITAR and U.S. person status may apply to access ITAR-controlled hardware.
• Experience with aerospace quality systems and statistical problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inspection team with clear expectations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily inspection schedules within the production plan to meet customer requirements.
• Review and endorse updates to the QMS and manage MRB-related non-conforming materials.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes and tracking leading indicators.
• Partner with customer account representatives to ensure proactive communication and quality delivery.
• Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to safety practices.
