Job summary

Daher’s TBM Final Assembly Line in Stuart, Florida, seeks a Quality Manager to ensure production activities comply with PART‑21G, design data, and the QMS, while driving continuous improvement and a strong quality culture.

The role leads the production quality team, interfaces with regulatory authorities and customers, and oversees audits, corrective actions, and defect reduction in a high-stakes aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aerospace or Quality Management.
• Significant experience in quality management within an aerospace production environment with leadership.
• Experience with EASA PART‑21G or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
• Experience with new aircraft development programs and certification processes.
• Strong knowledge of EASA PART‑21G and aerospace production quality principles.
• Leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and technical requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• PART21G Compliance & Quality Management: establish and enforce quality control procedures for aircraft manufacturing and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Production Quality Oversight: oversee inspection, conformity verification, and release processes to ensure conformance to design data.
• Non-Conformance & Corrective Action Management: identify, document, analyze, and resolve non-conformities and manage corrective actions.
• Audits & Regulatory Surveillance: plan and oversee internal audits and support external audits by authorities and customers.
• Continuous Improvement & Defect Reduction: drive Six Sigma/Lean initiatives to reduce defects and improve process robustness.
• Leadership & Training: lead the quality team, define roles, provide training, and ensure regulatory compliance.
