Job summary

Element Materials Technology is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for our St. Paul, MN laboratory.

You will oversee the quality management system, maintain accreditations, and drive a culture of quality across operations, aligning with Primes and customers in the aerospace and materials testing space. You will collaborate with the Division Quality Manager, advise operational colleagues, and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and Nadcap requirements while supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in ISO/IEC 17025 environment is a prerequisite.
• Nadcap experience would be preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend accreditations (ISO/IEC 17025, Nadcap) and Prime approvals.
• Implement and maintain the QMS to govern inspection and testing.
• Lead local quality activities and support the Division Quality Manager.
• Drive a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Manage assessments by A2LA, Nadcap, and other bodies as required.
• Provide QA/QC programs and training to the facility.
