Job summary

The Boeing Company in Renton, Washington is seeking a Product & Service Quality Manager to join our 737 Quality Wings Team. You will lead Quality Inspectors across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, ensuring processes meet contract and engineering requirements while upholding Boeing values.

You will drive process improvement through the Boeing Production System, mentor staff, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a leadership role or completion of Boeing leadership training.
• 3+ years building relationships with executives, customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• 3+ years experience with root cause corrective analysis.
• 5+ years in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality or a regulated industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to ensure products, services, and processes meet contract and engineering requirements and government regulations.
• Drive process improvement and Boeing Production System (BPS) activities for quality in the 737-Renton factory.
• Provide education, coaching and review of Quality Management System operations and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports.
• Understand business objectives and develop partnerships with program leaders and quality stakeholders.
