Qualifications

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting visually, manually, and digitally examining products and raw materials to ensure they meet Anduril standards and QMS requirements.
• Measuring product dimensions using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and metrology tools to verify design conformance.
• Running tests to identify defects and using machines for Tap testing, manual testing, and NDT/NDI methods.
• Comparing products to a model to ensure they meet high standards.
• Recording inspection data including weights, temperatures, and quantities inspected.
• Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• Removing/Red tagging non-conforming items until issues are resolved.
• Communicating product quality standards to Technicians, leads, and managers.
