Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of quality/A&D manufacturing inspection experience
• Experience inspecting to customer drawings and specifications
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to ITAR/regulations

Responsibilities

• Mechanically inspect components using precision tools
• Set up inspection equipment for shop floor use
• Sample in-process parts to ensure specs
• Inspect final components to drawings and procedures
• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and parts
• Possibly perform nondestructive and destructive testing
• Operate CMM and UT equipment; willing to train
• Support QA activities and internal/external audits
• Read drawings and GD&T to verify features
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues
• Record observations and suggest process improvements
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 standards
• Maintain safety standards
